We've been problem solving and reasoning in maths, and sometimes this means a LOT of workings out! We love using the tables to get all of our ideas down in a big space amd find that the wipeable pens let us make mistakes and corrections more easily

We've been exploring the use of perspective to build a scene linked to Remembrance Day We used repeating images of poppies in different sizes to build the foreground of our landscape.

Show not Tell!

In our writing we've been working hard to spice up some sentences by making them 'show not tell'. Here's one of our examples: He was sad.  His heart sank and his eyes became brimming pools of glistening sapphire, threatening to overflow. Can you try your own for this boring sentence? She was angry.
