Each week concentrates on a different times table, with a recommended consolidation week for rehearsing the tables that have recently been practised every third week or so.

A small group of pupils were selected to attend an 'Able Writers' event at a local primary school.  They had a fantastic time and produced some phenomenal work - writing can be fun!  

Y5 and Y6 reasoning and problem-solving together - with a focus on converting fractions, decimals and percentages. It was marvellous to hear the maths discussions taking place and seeing all pupils participating in the challenges. Look at the comments made by the pupils (gathered on the whiteboard). MATHS IS FUN!
