This week, we have planted our own sunflowers. Over the next 6 weeks, the children's task is to grow their sunflower and see how tall it becomes. Each week, I would like the children to record the growth of their sunflower. They can decided how they record this information. After 6 weeks, we will all bring in our sunflowers and compare their heights.

Today, we have enjoyed an afternoon of den building. We worked as a team to create some masterpieces! 

We have been looking at area and perimeter in maths so we decided to apply our knowledge to our outdoor space. We thought about how else we could have measured the sides (rules would have taken us all week!).

Give your answer to the nearest hundred. The inflight meal costs £1.99 per person. The cabin crew have collected £1100 pounds so far. How much more money do they need to collect? Round your answer to the neares t pound . 3) David has £35700 in his bank. He divides the amount by 100 and takes that much money out of the bank. Using the money he has taken out he spends £268 on furniture for his new house. How much money does David have left from the money he took out? Show your working. 4) 6) ...
