In our topic lessons, we have been looking at the lines of longitude and latitude. We also looked at the purpose of these lines and how they can help us to locate. To understand more about how these lines cover our Earth we began creating models.

The great planetary explorer Nico, who first discovered the planet, saw a crowd of Zios and Zepts. He managed to see that there was more than one of each kind of creature before they saw him. Suddenly they all rolled over onto their backs and put their legs in the air. He counted 52 legs. How many Zios and how many Zepts were there?
We had the pleasure of welcoming some visitors into our classroom. Our visitors were students from China. They shared lots of information about their lives and culture and we were able to ask them lots of questions. They are also going to be returning to help us with our topic about rainforests in the summer term.

We have been focusing on the creation of the characters for our animations. Some of our models are amazing! We can't wait to start making our characters come to life with our computing skills.
